Mrs. Sirjoo is the registered agent of the firm with Gulf Insurance Limited, having obtained her license approximately 10 years ago. Having previously worked at both at RBC and RBL for many years, she is an expert at customer care and customer relations. When combined with her positive and friendly personality, she has proven to be exceptionally efficient in the management and conduct of the insurance agency.
Mrs. Sirjoo has been married for approximately 25 years and they have one (1) son, Mr. Yaadav Sirjoo, currently pursuing his Law Degree.
Ms. Chynelle Samaroo Supervisor
MBA in Executive Management with specialization in Leadership (Merit)
BBA in Human Resource Management
Agent Certificate from the Insurance Institute of Trinidad and Tobago.
Ms. Samaroo specializes in General and Motor Insurance, having been in the insurance field for almost a decade. A few of her many functions include, allocation of accounting on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth running of resources needed at the establishment, conversing with the public whether it be on renewal or potential businesses.
Ms. Samaroo also provides assistance with the preparation of affidavits for the Justice of the Peace, Mr. Karran Nancoo.
Mrs. Samantha Ramlal Certified Sales Representative
Ms. Ramlal joined the agency in 2013 and has over six years’ experience in underwriting General Insurance Coverage.
She provides computerized quotations for all your Motor and General coverage, timely reminders for renewals and endorsements of policies.
In addition to the foregoing, Ms. Ramlal has three years’ experience with the Online-Underwriting Program.
